How do we calculate your Shipping Charges? We use the standard UPS calculator to estimate shipping costs. We add $3.50 for shipping and handling. PowerPartsPlus reserves the right to ask for authorization for additional shipping charges for oversized or heavy orders.
What does it mean if I select "Customer Pickup" or "Will Call"? If you want to pick up your Yamaha Part or Suzuki Part at our shop you should select "Customer Pickup" or "Will Call". If you select "Customer Pickup" or "Will Call" and DO Not pick up the parts, we will ship the parts to you. By agreeing to this you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the full shipping amount.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. For "Customer Pickup" orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 4-5 days if your item is back orded. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all Texas orders. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Power Parts Plus Catalogs and Shipping Policies Our Yamaha Parts Catalogs pertain to Yamaha models "sold in the United States only."
Reconfirm model, model year and part numbers with our Parts Department if you are unsure before ordering.Some older parts displayed in this section are no longer available from Yamaha. If no price is shown, it is currently not available.
What about tarrifs, duties, taxes, or custom fees?
We are not responsible for any charges which may arise out of tariffs, duties, taxes, or customs fees on an international or domestic shipments. Pricing All online orders of Yamaha OEM Motorcycle Parts and Marine Parts are discounted 20% below MSRP. All Suzuki OEM Parts are discounted 10%.
We do our best to keep the pricies in our catalogs current and accurate, however sometimes (in very rare circumstances) mistakes are made. We reserve the right to correct a price error without notice.
How Long will it take to recieve my parts? Parts in stock are usually shipped the next business day.
Special order After Market Parts are usually shipped within 3 business days.
Special order Yamaha OEM parts usually shipped within 6-10 business days.
If a part is listed as "Back Ordered", it means Yamaha USA is temporarily out of stock. If an item is back ordered we will contact you and let you know the approximent shipping date.
Can I get a tracking number? If we have not received a part from the manufacturer then the part is in Pending Status. Once we ship the part to you we will send you a UPS tracking number. You can track your package at the following URL with eitrher your Order Number or the UPS Tracking Number.
How are returns handled? Yamaha and Black Rhino Performace parts can be returned or cancelled within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. This fee is charged to us by the manufacturer..
Returned parts need to be in original packaging.
There are no returns on Electrical Parts.
