AFE Magnium Force air intake
The Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Cx cold air intake system for the 2004-2007 Yamaha Rhino 660cc delivers an impressive 2.57 HP and 2.39 lbs-ft of torque, substantial considering the stock motor produces only 20 HP. Realizing that the stock scoop was a source of restriction, AFE replaced the factory air scoop with an attractive aluminum scoop with a unique feature. To prevent dirt and debris from entering the air box while letting air in, a flat panel filter was designed and incorporated into the air scoop. The high efficiency, washable/reusable Pro-GUARD 7 clamp-on filter allows maximum air while providing plenty of protection. Since there is considerably more air, jetting is required. AFE even provided a crankcase vent breather filter and a non-oiled filter for the Constant Variable Transmission air duct. The air box is constructed of 18 gauge powder-coated steel that is pre-welded and pre-assembled. In keeping with its policy of no cutting, no drilling, easy installation; the AFE Rhino intake system installs in minutes using factory-mounting points.
