Please Read before placing your order. Our Terms and Conditions answer many common questions and concerns.
Charges: Please be sure you want the part before you order. We place special orders with our manufacturers and distributors to fulfill your order, so your Credit Card or PayPal Account is charged at the time you submit your order.
Shipping Quotes: Since shipping costs depend on the number, size, weight of items ordered and the ship location, use our site’s Checkout Process to estimate shipping costs. You do not need to submit your order to receive a shipping quote.
Shipping: We use UPS’s calculator to estimate shipping costs. We add $3.50 for shipping and handling. Large or heavy items usually require an extra shipping charge; therefore, we reserve the right to ask for authorization for additional shipping charges for oversized or heavy orders. We reserve the right to ship via United States Postal Service or other shipping carriers. Please Note: UPS is reporting delays due to the recent storms and the increase traffic due to the holiday gift giving season. This may impact our estimated ship dates. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery: We normally ship your order within the time frame in your Order Confirmation Email. Aftermarket Parts usually ship within 3-5 business days and OEM parts within 6-10 business days.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock at the manufacturer, you will be notified. You will have the option to cancel the item if you would rather not wait. This is out of our control, and other dealers will have the same problem getting that back ordered part.
Pricing: We reserve the right to correct a price error without notice. In the event of a price increase, you will be contacted.
Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to all Texas orders.
International Orders: We do ship to most countries. Use our web site's Checkout Process to determine if we ship to your country and to estimate shipping costs. Please be aware that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations. This means that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility to understand these fees and to pay them. We do not know the customs policies of every country, so please contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays. Any orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.
Returns: Most unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Form and Number before returning your part. Returns on decals, electrical parts (for example CDI/ECU units) are not accepted.
Cancels: Please be sure you want the part before you order. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (This cancel fee is charged to us by our manufacturers and distributors .) Please send cancellation requests via email at email@example.com A refused shipment is not a notification of cancellation.
Tracking: The day we ship your order, we will send you a shipping notification email with a UPS tracking number. That evening, you can track your package on our site with either your Order Number or Tracking Number.
Status Requests: We reply to order status requests only when they are past the scheduled delivery date of your order which is listed in your Order Confirmation email.
Part Quotes: To get a quote, add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart. Proceed through the Checkout Process to determine the shipping cost. You do not have to submit your order to see the total amount of your order.
Parts Advice: We apologize that we cannot offer full-service part advice to our online customers at this time.
Customer Pickup : If you would like to pickup your parts at our Del Rio location we will refund the shipping costs only if we are notified "by phone" before we ship the package.
Defective Merchandise: All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for shipping charges for defective merchandise.

Website Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, inclusions, or other errors on our web pages. The data comes from the manufacturers; We are not liable for their errors.
Discounts: Yamaha OEM Parts, Yamaha OEM Accessories, Yamaha Waverunner Parts and Yamaha OEM Apparel are all Discounted between 20% and 50%.
Polaris OEM Parts, Polaris OEM Accessories, Polaris Ranger Parts, and Polaris ATV Parts most parts are discounted up to 20%.
Honda OEM Parts, Honda OEM Accessories, Honda Motorcycle Parts, Honda ATV Parts, Honda Scooter Parts, Honda MUV Parts, and Honda Watercraft Parts are all Discounted between 20% and 50%.
Kawasaki OEM Parts, Kawasaki OEM Accessories are all discounted 20% below MSRP.
Aftermarket Motorcycle Parts, Aftermarket ATV Parts are all Discounted between 10% and 50%.
