Get the ?Bite without the Bark?
After extensive Dyno and field testing we are proud to announce the availability of the first complete exhaust system for the Rhino. This exhaust configuration was developed to work in conjunction with our CDI and the newly released Edelbrock carburetor.
In fact the primary development testing was done at the Edelbrock factory on their in-house dyno. Our primary goal was to increase torque and maintain peak HP. When measured against the leading slip on we saw 1.5 second improved acceleration times from 10mph to 40 mph and a healthy increase in torque and HP across the entire powerband.
Once the proper lengths and pipe diameters were determined we then set out to build the system to be durable.
We have used the highest quality packing materials to avoid the gravel syndrome (melted fiberglass balls rolling around inside the can) and three spring seated slip joints to allow for flexing without cracking. We also eliminated the use of rivets to hold the can and end pieces together and used fasteners in their place to easily allow the replaceable muffler core to be switched over to a quiet core insert.
A Forestry approved spark arrestor is included with each system. |
