All Online Part Orders of Yamaha Parts including Yamaha OEM Motorcycle Parts, Yamaha OEM Marine Parts, Yamaha OEM Snowmobile Parts, and Yamaha OEM Boat Parts are Discounted 20% Below MSRP. All Yamaha Accessories have at least a 20% Discount.
All Aftermarket Parts From Tucker Rocky have a 10% Discount. All Aftermarket Parts from Parts Unlimited are Discounted 10% unless restricted by the Manufacturer.
How do we calculate your Shipping Charges? We use the standard UPS calculator to estimate shipping costs. We add $3.50 for shipping and handling. PowerPartsPlus reserves the right to ask for authorization for additional shipping charges for oversized or heavy orders.
How long will it take to receive my parts? Yamaha Parts in stock are usually shipped the next business day. Special order After Market Parts are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Special order Yamaha OEM Parts are usually shipped within 6-10 business days. Special order parts are parts we have to order because we do not have them in stock.
What does it mean when my part is listed as Back Ordered? If a Yamaha Part is listed as "Back Ordered", it means Yamaha USA is temporarily out of stock. If a part is back ordered we will contact you and let you know the approximant shipping date. How are Part Returns handled? Yamaha OEM Parts can be returned or cancelled within 15 days with a 20% restocking fee. These fees are charged by the by Yamaha - not us.
Black Rhino Performance Parts can be returned or cancelled within 15 days with a 20% restocking fee. Returned Yamaha Parts, Suzuki Parts and Aftermarket Parts need to be in original package
Aftermarket Parts can be returned or cancelled within 15 days and are not subject to a restocking fee (except for Black Rhino Perfromance Parts). Returned parts need to be in original packaging.
We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on any Yamaha Electrical Parts, Suzuki Electrical Parts, or Aftermarket Electrical Motorcycle Parts or Marine parts. What does it mean if I select "Customer Pickup"? If you want to pick up your Yamaha Parts or Suzuki Parts at our shop you should select "Customer Pickup". If you select "Customer Pickup"and DO Not pick up the parts, we will ship the parts to you. By agreeing to this you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the full shipping amount.
What about Tarrifs, duties, taxes, or custom fees?
We are not responsible for any charges which may arise out of tariffs, duties, taxes, or customs fees on an international or domestic shipments. Pricing We do our best to keep the pricies in our parts catalogs current and accurate, however sometimes (in very rare circumstances) mistakes are made. We reserve the right to correct a part price error without notice. If you order a Yamaha Part, or Aftermarket Part that was priced significantly wrong, we will contact you first with the correct price to see if you wish to process or cancel the order.
