Please read before placing your order. Our Policies answer many common questions and concerns.

We pride ourselves in exceptional service at the best price possible and will serve you with honesty and integrity. Charges: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
Please be sure you want the part before you order. We place special orders with our manufacturers and distributors to fulfill orders; therefore, your Credit Card or PayPal Account is charged at the time you submit your order.
Part Quotes: To get a quote, browse our online catalogs and add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart. Proceed through the Checkout Process to determine the shipping cost. You do not have to submit your order to see the total amount of your order.
Shipping Quotes: Since shipping costs depend on the number, size, weight of items ordered and the ship location, use our site’s Checkout Process to estimate shipping costs. You do not need to submit your order to receive a shipping quote. Occasionally very large or heavy orders may require additional shipping; see below shipping sections.
Shipping Types: We ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and US Postal Express. US Postal Shipments (P.O. Boxes, Military P.O. Boxes, etc.) will be subject to a $16.00 handling/surcharge fee unless a physical address is given as the alternative ship to.
Shipping From: We ship from the heart of the Mid-West. This provides quick sipping access to all parts of the country. However, please allow 2 - 3 days for processing your order before it is shipped. If you order via air shipping, your package will not leave our warehouse for 2 to 3 days. PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR PROCESSING TIMES BEFORE DECIDING ON THE TYPE OF SHIPPING YOU SELECT.
Shipping Weight/Sizes: Large or heavy items may require an extra shipping charge; therefore, we reserve the right to contact you to ask for authorization for additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to ship via United States Postal Service or other shipping carriers to save on cost.
Delivery: Excepted delivery range is displayed during checkout and in your Order Confirmation Email. Please note that holiday and weather related shipping delays are out of our control.
Status Requests: Email order inquires to email@example.com (please include your full name, phone number and order number).
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock at the manufacturer, you will be notified of the backorder, usually within 1-2 days.
Pricing: We reserve the right to correct a price error without notice. In the event of a price increase, you will be contacted.
Superseded Parts: Occasionally OEM supersedes part numbers which means the manufacturer changes a part number to a new part number and may result in the exclusion or requirement of additional parts for a full replacement. Color substitutions may also occur. If a pricing change occurs due to a supersession or manufacturer substitution, we will contact you to confirm the pricing difference.
Canadian Shipping: We do not ship BRP items outside the United States. To offer the lowest possible shipping cost and fastest ship times to Canada, we reserve the right to use a variety of shipping provides including USPS, FedEx and UPS. We do our best to select the most cost efficient shipping method to help reduce or eliminate the secondary shipping costs of brokerage fees. All brokerage, duties, or taxes incurred from the shipment are the customer's responsibility. See below section for further Canadian Custom details.
e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP) -- Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
These procedures are the best method for controlling additional charges while providing the best service possible.

International Shipping: We do ship to most countries; however, we do not ship BRP items outside the United State. Use our web site’s Checkout Process to determine if we ship to your country and to estimate shipping costs. If you are shipping to Canada, see above section concerning Canadian shipping. Please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. This means that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility to understand these fees and to pay them. We do not know the customs policies of every country, so please contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays to your order. Any orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.
Wrong part Received: Any claim for incorrect item must be made within 10 days of receipt of item. Any returned items must adhere to the established return policy below.
Electrical Parts: Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts including batteries. Please be sure of what you need before ordering and contact us if you need clarification.
Batteries may be shipped dry (no acid) due to shipping regulations and are considered electrical items.
Returns: No returns on electrical parts, decals, marks, emblems, screws, washers, fasteners, chemicals, and special tools; otherwise most unused/uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery any may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and a Return Authorization Number before returning your part. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in refusal of returned item. Download a Return Authorization Form
Cancels: Please be sure you want the part before you order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% or refuse cancellation. Please send cancellation requests via email to email@example.com Note that a refused shipment is not a notification of cancellation.
Tracking: The day we ship your order, we will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
Website Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, inclusions, or other errors on our web page. The data comes from the manufacturers; we are not liable for their errors.
Images: Please be aware that the site images are for reference only.
Missing, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise: All claims regarding shorted or shipping-damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please save all original packaging and related materials for inspection. In some cases, it may be helpful to have a digital photograph when contacting us for a damage claim.
All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer and not by PowerPartsPlus.com. Warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Seek Warranty Return Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the merchandise. We are not responsible for shipping charges for defective merchandise.
